Neptune in Scorpio brought us the most extraordinary writers and poets—two of them are Ralph Waldo Emerson and Victor Hugo. Victor with his Npetune in Scorpio in the first, and Ralph with his Neptune in Scorpio in the house of communications and writings—allowing them to penetrate into the extreme depths of the universe and extract their immaculate poems, essays and novels.

Ralph’s main radical aspect is a first order, highly individualizing paran of Jupiter and Mercury—galvanizing the chart with intellectual ability.

Venus in the eight—though in a bad cosmic state—is very indicative of the inheritance he got from the death of his first wife Ellen.

From the biography “Life of Emerson” by R.L. Rusk: “When William Emerson came home from the governor’s house on Election Day he found a new son. Ralph Waldo had been born at a quarter past three that afternoon.”

15:15 LMT = 19:59 UT.

There are two other times on astro.com: 18:00 UT and 17:44 UT.

Let us test 19:59 UT with PSSR.

Using primarily the moon as a directed factor, we find many aspects with appropriate symbolism that are out of orb:

September 30, 1829 — Marriage to Ellen.

Moon 90° Jupiter. Orb:49′.

February 8, 1831 — Death of wife (Ellen).

Moon 0° Mars. Orb:72′.

November 16, 1853 — His mother dies.

Venus 90° PL. Orb:15′.

April 27, 1882 — Death.

Moon 120° PL. Orb:67′.
Moon 90° Mars. Orb:64′.

Now let us test 18:00 UT:

September 30, 1829 — Marriage to Ellen.

Moon 90° Jupiter. Orb:12′.

February 8, 1831 — Death of wife (Ellen).

Moon 0° Mars. Orb:14′.

November 16, 1853 — Death of mother.

Venus 90° PL. Orb:9′.

April 27, 1882 — Death.

Moon 120° PL. Orb:5′.
Moon 90° Mars. Orb:11′.

It becomes evident that 19:59 UT is a fictitious time, and that the real time is around 18:00 UT.

A final rectification with topocentric primary directions gives 17:57:05 UT as the true birth time.
