McCarthy’s sudden ascent to power is seen through the placement of Uranus in the X, which is supported by a trine from Jupiter (note the damaged cosmic condition).
His fall is explained by the square of Saturn in damaged cosmic condition from the XII sector to the MC.
Factors related to his early death:
NEP 90° AS: drugs, alcoholism.
JUP in VIR in the VI: weakness of the spleen.
Saturn in Aries in the XII, which is also related to his elbow injury.
